We are a seaweed company. Our seaweed is picked wild by divers. We sell our seaweed products on our webshop and through retailers. Dried seaweed is sold to mainly Michelin restaurants. We hold workshops, Seaweed Safaris, our goal is to teach how to sustainably harvest seaweed for personal and how to cook with it. We hold webinars and presentations about seaweed and its applications at schools and at private companies We are now preparing a web-based course events to reach broader audience.
The seaweed we use and pick is always picked in a sustainable way. Our goal is the spread the knowledge of this important food source and to teach wider public how to treat this resource with respect.
